CHICKEN & APPLE SAUSAGE WITH SWEET POTATO
Recipe Type: Gluten Free
- 1 package Aidell’s Chicken & Apple Sausage
- 2 1/2 cup Sweet Potatoes (quartered)
- 1/2 cup Frozen Spinach (coarsely chopped)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon butter (diced)
- Slice sausage.
- Wash and quarter sweet potatoes. Add to baking pan.
- Chop frozen spinach into tiny pieces and mix into the pan.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir.
- Cover pan with foil and bake ~45 minutes at ~375 degrees.
