In FRESH this weekend we have:
Willapa Bay Manila Steamer Clams, Chinook ‘King’ Salmon, Coho Salmon, Steelhead Salmon, Albacore Tuna (Via CS Fishery), Ling Cod, Goose Point in-shell pre-shucked Oysters (great for oyster shooters!), shucked & jarred Willapa Bay Oysters (great for a certain stew), Red Rockfish (on special @ $8.99/Lb, new recipe as well!), and last but certainly not least, we have some great Dungeness Crab in today!
