1. lean beef
2. some green onions (chopped about an inch)
3. fried rice noodles
4. soy sauce
5. corn starch
6. vegetable oil
7. spicy sauce
Directions: slice some beef (make sure you cut out most of the fat) marinate it with corn starch, soy sauce for about a day. when you are ready to cook this, get some oil and fry the marinated beef for about a minute. drain the oil out. now cook beef in a wok for about a minute, add soy sauce and spicy sauce to your liking. the final step is to add green onions. and serve on fried rice noodles. this recipe is good with white/brown rice.
