Today’s Meaty Monday Specials are:
Smoked Pork Shanks @ $2.49/LB, Sirloin Tip Steaks @ $5.99/LB, and Bottom Round Roasts @ $4.79/LB

Bottom Round Roasts make a great pot roast, which can be easily subsituted into the linked recipe, and Pork Shanks are great braised or stewed. Sirloin Tip Steaks make great open face sandwiches!
