Good afternoon everyone! Christmas is fast approaching!

Today we’ve gotten in a ton of fresh produce, seafood, and have plenty of homemade goodies to make a delicious Christmas holiday this season!

But before we jump into all of that, I’d like to wish Judy and Shayla a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY today!

In fresh for today’s Seafood delivery from Terry at Pacific Seafood we’ve gotten in:
Live Lobster, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Ocean caught whole Dungeness Crab as well as Dungeness Crabmeat, Black Cod, Ling Cod, Yellowfin Tuna, & lots of Raw and Cooked 16-20 count Prawns.

In the Meat Department, Jess & I have been cranking out great Lamb, Beef, & Pork cuts all morning. There’s still a bit of time to reserve a Standing Rib Roast for tomorrow if you haven’t already done so, and we will have extra on both the Bone In and Boneless Prime Rib Roasts in the case for any last minute grabs. We have a full load of all our awesome Painted Hills steaks as well as our USDA Choice Signature Angus steaks and roasts, too!

We have some great Center-cut Lamb Leg Roasts, Ground Lamb, Lamb Racks, plenty of Lamb Sausages (Morrocan & Cranberry!), and Loin Chopsto name a few from the folks over at Anderson Ranches. Best lamb I’ve ever had, and all Oregon raised, sure to delight this Christmas!

We also have an assortment of all our normal Carlton Farms Pork cuts, from Baby-back Ribs, Shoulder Roasts, & Pork Chops, to Center-cut Bone in Loin/Rib Chops, and whole Boneless Hams! I am planning on doing a boneless ham this year, so expect a recipe should all the tasters enjoy it!

In the Deli, we’ll have Jeanie’s Dinner Rolls, Judy’s Pies (pre-order today to guarantee a delicious pie set aside for you!), and all our homemade salad and hot food throughout the day!

And finally, a quick reminder on our hours this year:
We will be closed Christmas Day,
Open Christmas Eve from 7AM to 5PM,
And opening on the 26th at 8AM to 10PM.
