In today we have plenty of fresh seafood, delicious Wagyu Beef, and two wines for sampling!
At 3PM we will be sampling two great wines: a French cinsault from 2015 Le Paradou, and an Argentine cabernet sauvignon Pascal Toso from 2014. Both will be in our wine section, so stop by to try!
In for seafood we have King Salmon, Coho Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, Halibut, Willapa Oysters, Mussels, and Manila Clams, Petrale Sole, Dungeness Crab, Oregon Albacore Tuna, and Red Rockfish!
Jess and Chung just got an amazing batch of our new American Wagyu Beef (a combination breed of Kobe and Angus) cut and out in the case. Rated higher than USDA Prime, the marbling in the steak is exquisite, with a tender and intensely flavorful taste second to none, and all raised in eastern Idaho to the same standad’s as Japanese Kobe Beef.
