Happy Halloween everyone! A quick couple things for today and this weekend, so let’s dive right in!

 

Firstly today between 3PM-5PM, Hall-O-Nita will be taking place along Laneda Ave at the local businesses and we’ll be taking part, giving out candy to any and all trick-or-treaters that come in, and we still have plenty of candy and pumpkins for any last minute Halloween needs.

 

For the older of us, we’ll be having a wine sampling after 3PM.  Jan will be sampling Marques De Caceresa’s 2013 Verdejo, a Spanish white wine, hints of pear and apple along with a citrus flavor make this wine a good pairing with fresh seafood or pasta dishes.

 

Speaking of seafood, today being Friday, we’ve gotten in another fresh delivery from Ocean Beauty. We have more Ocean Crab for $10.99/lb whole, Pacific Cod, Rock Fish, King Salmon, Steamer Clams, more Monk Fish tail (my favorite).
