For today’s Meaty Monday Jess and I did up some great Cube Steaks ($4.99/LB) to join our Cross Rib Roasts ($3.99/LB) and Petite Sirloin Steaks ($4.59/LB). Cube steaks are my #3 favorite type of steak, and with this batch they’re tender and perfect for open face sandwiches.
