Today Jess has one Beef cut and two Pork cuts on special, and they are:
Painted Hills Top Sirloin Steaks (@$6.99/lb) (Recipe, free!)
Sirloin Marinara

Great recipe, garlic mashed potatoes (my favorite kind!) are recommended to pair with. Recipe will make 8 servings.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds PH Top Sirloin Steak, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Red Wine
- 2 cups chunky Pasta Sauce
- 1 Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
- Heat the Olive Oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and saute until tender, around 5 minutes. Add Top Sirloin strips, make sure all sides get browned, around 10 minutes.
- Add Tomato Sauce, Garlic, and Red Wine. Reduce heat to low and simmer for around 10-15 minutes, or until steak is cooked through.
- Pair with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a favorite Salad for an awesome meal
