Hey everyone, we have some great Plantains in right alongside some great organic Mangos. Plantains are an easy treat, needing only a little bit of preparation and just 15 minutes of cook time.

Recipe type: Treat
- Coconut Oil
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Peel Plantains and slice them at least an inch and a half.
- Brush them with Coconut Oil and cook on a cookie sheet for about 15 minutes.
- Flip over plantains and cook a little more until browned.
- Remove, serve, and enjoy!
